"We have Interim Care. The experience is very positive. My parents have an eight-hour-a-day aide that comes in, a nurse that comes by every once in a while, and physical therapists come in several times a week. We've had them for three weeks now. They have physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy as well as home health aide. They are very good and very helpful. The administrator does a good job matching up the clientele to the aides. They have been very helpful and very considerate. "

"My parents used Candlelight Home Healthcare Llc when they got out of the hospital and they needed physical therapy for a while. It was a team of people. The people were very helpful. The saddest thing was kind of when they're done, they're done. You can't follow up with them with questions or use them as a reference when something happens in the future. The caregiver was a registered nurse who would come and take their vitals, draw blood, and that kind of stuff. And then there was another person who came to take care of the bathing and any light housekeeping. And then there was another person that came that did physical therapy. They were great. The billing was through Medicare. Scheduling was sometimes difficult, but the people that came to the house were wonderful. Sometimes the schedulers were not so warm. Getting it started and getting scheduling done was kind of difficult."

"We have been using Care One for the past three years. They are very flexible. They do as you requested them to do. They do send people in who are qualified and are nice. We have a person who comes in three days of the week to clean their home and do some other stuff. They do light housekeeping like washing dishes or making up the beds. "

"My mother is 77 years old who had about 12 brain surgeries. She was fine for years, but after the last two she had in December she can't walk and she's in diapers now. We worked with OMNI for two months after she came out of the nursing home. They sent two different guys, Chris, a physical therapist and Kingsley an occupational therapist. The nurse, Val, would come in and check mom's vitals while Sheila, the CNA, would help me with bathing mom twice a week. They were wonderful. I bought them Christmas presents because they were starting to become part of my family. They were perfect. "

"My wife was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis and I have PSP (progressive supranuclear palsy). We have Amedisys serving my wife and they’re great. They have a nurse coming in to change her foley catheter on a monthly basis. They are very good and are on time. My wife is very happy with them. It is definitely a positive experience. We’ve been a client for more than 5 years. They are truly professional, highly efficient in the healthcare department, and reliable most of all. Their staff is knowledgeable of the very difficult situation and have good attitudes. They’re the right people and good people to us. They are a good match for what my wife needs. "

"The caregivers at Riverside Home Health Care were okay, but they could have been a little more interactive. They bathed my grandmother, fed her, and they changed her beddings. Majority of the caregivers took good care of her, and she felt comfortable with them. I would suggest they interact with the family more, and not spend too much time on their phones. Overall, they were a good company. The management team; they were really great. If you have any problems, the management team intervenes. If we have problems with the caregivers; they replace them, and made sure someone better comes to our home. They would not stop until we find the right caregiver for us. The caregivers aren’t so great, but the management is doing an awesome, wonderful job. "

"The caregiver that I have from Wellspring Healthcare is wonderful. I have no complaints at all, and I wish she could be here longer, but it is all we can afford. The agency could use some work in their overall service, but I have no complaints about my caregiver. There were times when my caregiver couldn't come one day or another, and I asked them to please send someone else and they couldn't find anybody. There were days when it was just me and my husband and nobody here to take care of us. "

"The name of the home care is Larlin Health Care. It's probably been going on for maybe two years now. The caregiver is very good and tolerant. She does care a lot, and my mother-in-law likes her. My mom is a very difficult person to deal with because she has dementia. But this caregiver just goes with the flow and just goes with her mood which is very good. "

"We are going with Residential Home Health & Hospice - Lisle. They have come out and are trying to get more assistance for my mom, like Meals On Wheels and stuff like that. We have been using them for three months now. A nurse comes in and evaluates my mom. She takes her blood pressure and temperature and sees if she has sores or anything like that. My mom has an occupational therapist and a physical therapist. They gave a lot of recommendations. We just recently got my mom the thing that goes around your toilet to help her stand and give her support. We also got her walker. Then they're doing the actual physical therapy and occupational therapy, trying to strengthen her core and stuff. The occupational therapist and the physical therapist come every other week, so it's twice a month. It's not a whole lot, but it does help. The nurse comes once a month. Medicaid pays for all of it as far as the billing goes."
