Synergy HomeCare of NW Atlanta would like to be your preferred HomeCare agency. We provide non-medical in-home care for infants to the elderly and disabled. The care is proven to reduce hospital and nursing home admissions, while giving residents peace of mind that they will be able to maintain their independence in their own homes and remain part of the community. Our mission is to help people live comfortably and age gracefully for as long as possible. We provide CNAs and PCAs who are certified & trained through the State of Georgia. Each caregiver is CPR/First Aid certified, has documentation of negative TB results, has undergone rigorous local and national background checks, and has their own reliable transportation. Each caregiver is under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse.

They are excellent at providing me with last minute help in scheduling and they are attentive to my needs. They are able to provide me with someone so I can go to work every day.

What I really like is that most of the people they send, I'm pleased with. I feel comfortable with the people that are here. When I call them and I need them, it's because I have to go to a doctor appointment. Sometimes I need to get away and they have someone come.

SYNERGY HomeCare screens their caregivers and they provide a good service. The caregivers did things differently but there were no problems.

I am very satisfied with SYNERGY HomeCare because of the CNAs. Besides, a few were very loving and tender and provided excellent care for her. The office is also able to handle different situations as well. As my mother degenerated, SYNERGY HomeCare took care of everything for her and that was nice.

I am about 85 to 90 percent satisfied with SYNERGY HomeCare. They are very willing to work with me. I am in a transition period to find 6 consistent team members for my loved one. There is a team of 5 right now, and they are working really hard to get the sixth. The caregivers are good when they are there.

SYNERGY HomeCare hires people that are qualified and relate well with the patient and provide high quality care. SYNERGY HomeCare has helped me by sending caregivers that do the cleaning and bathing the patient. It's like having a third person in the family.

SYNERGY HomeCare provides good services for my mother. My mom is strong enough to be on her own, but if she needs a ride somewhere or to be taken somewhere, I call SYNERGY HomeCare.
