Patient's Choice staff walked me through the entire process. They met with me at the facility that my mother was in and we talked about her current health status as well as what to expect in the dying process. In my mother's final days, different staff members would be with me and my family at the facility helping to comfort and make the transition easier. Anytime that something would happen and we were not able to be there, we would get a phone call to let us know. My mother was only in the care of Patients Choice for 2 weeks, but that was the easiest and most comforting time I have experienced. After my mother's passing, the Chaplin from hospice attended the funeral service and has continued offering grief support for the past year. I do not believe that my family and I could have handled the passing of our mother without all the excellent and professional service/support received from Patients Choice Hospice.

Our First Experiance with hospice, made iur trNsition into my fathers passing so much easier. Even attended the memorial after his passing & helped us cope. I still care for my husband (who has a blood clot to his brain from 2 strokes he is 57 . & mother both disabeled with many heaealth problems & 77 plus deal with my health issues and jugle @40 hr job..I am the only one who can drive and shuffle all the dr appointments & shopping .And I will for sure use them again when the time comes.
