My sincerest apologies that my replacement caregiver did not perform to your expectations. Although I strive to consistently send the same caregiver, especially when a client has such a clear preference, if that caregiver is no longer available the only option I have is to send another caregiver. The concerns you expressed have been addressed with the second caregiver and I would like to thank you for bringing them to my attention. I value your feedback as it helps me to maintain a quality staff.

Gentiva Personal Care, formerly Kindred at Home, provides personal home care assistance to families in California, Arizona and Texas. We assist people who struggle with prolonged illness, recovery from surgery, physical or developmental disabilities or simply the challenges of aging.
