When the caregivers come in, they know what is expected of them and what to do. That has helped me a lot because I don't have to stop what I am doing to tell them what to do. I would recommend them because they do what they say they are going to do. If they have a caregiver who is going to be out sick, they call and let me know that someone different is coming. We've only used the services one time. The big issue is that the timing is difficult. Sometimes you don't know how long you will need them because of a doctor's appointment or something. If they are there for two hours and five minutes or ten minutes, you still have to pay for three hours. The agency is flexible.

If they can't do what I request, I need them to be up front with me about it. They need to actually have someone that is trained in dementia care like they said they did. They also need to have consistent caregivers, which is what I requested. They need to show up on time. When there is a new caregiver, they need to actually introduce them to my father.
