This agency was wonderful with my mother. Very caring and attentive to her needs. There treatment, bath care,nursing staff and exercise program for her was planned for her needs. I would highly recommend this agency.

The care is good, but when you have elderly failing due to demnitia and you have nurses that constantly harp on fabricated stories from the demitia patients and continues to remind them of the fabricated stories and sets them off into angrily moods, this is not very good care...a nurse of all people should have better sense than to harp on fabricated stories knowing it just makes it hard on the family members whome have to deal with the situations when they get angry, it's hard enough watching a loved one go down like that, the last thing they need is nurses who does not know the elderly person very well or what it's been like, harping to them on fabricated stories...
