Woodland Ridge Senior Neighborhood is a very nice place. It's very friendly. The staff there is very friendly and helpful. The other residents there are very welcoming. I haven't moved in there yet, but it has been a wonderful experience. It's very helpful that the apartment I will be in will be on the third floor, and they have an elevator. I actually met their maintenance person today. I went in to sign some more papers, and so I know they take care of the apartments. It's very clean. I love the fact that it actually has a dishwasher. It's very large. I'm just excited about moving in there. I can't wait to move. They have a gym on each floor. There's a chapel, and they have services weekly. There's a committee that offers activities monthly that's actually conducted and planned by the residents themselves. There are laundry facilities there that are very reasonably priced, and they're on each floor, so you don't have to go to a different floor to do your laundry. I have a patio, which is great, and I'm looking forward to that, too. I think once a month, they have a meal that you can participate in. They said they have potlucks, and sometimes they have meals that are catered and brought in for special occasions and things like that. They also have underground parking available.
