I went on a tour of Landing at Elkhart Lake. The places were beautiful there for independent living and the surroundings are gorgeous. But the price is out of this world. The staff was very nice after she went with us, but she was on the phone. While we were waiting, she kept talking on the phone. There was no other one around to help her with respect to her. She herself did a very personal job after she finally hung up the phone. Maybe she was the only person around to take care of it. So, I think they were maybe a little lax on helping. But she didn't even say, I'll be with you in a little bit. She didn't even put them on hold for a second.
