I went to Holiday Cascadian Place. It was clean. The lady who showed me around was very knowledgeable. There was nothing I didn't like about the place. They have a room where you can invite your family and you all eat together. They have different functions going on. They have a music room. There was a lot of stuff that you could do there. They have games at night and different things.

I toured Holiday Cascadian Place looking for independent living. For me, it was like everybody was sitting and talking and enjoying each other's company like they were all on a vacation, waiting for the final day to come. It's a harsh review, but that was my assessment of it when I got back to my apartment. I saw the dining room. I didn't see anybody in the library or the pool area. I didn't see many walking in the community itself. They said that they could accommodate me. The only difficulty would have been was the kitchen that they had was in an area where there were a whole bunch of chairs around it. It would have been difficult to cook my meals without people trying to see what I was cooking. The lady that I talked to was very polite and very knowledgeable. They have chefs cooking all the meals for the people there, but I'm not that up on how the food is. They had a game room.

My friend has moved into Holiday Cascadian Place. He's only been there for a couple of days. They're all nice and good staff. It's a clean facility. I haven't seen anything I don't like so far. The rooms are pretty spacious, and it's a good fit for him. There are quite a few different activities, they go out for walks, and they do different things. The food smells good. The staff seems pretty nice, informational, and caring at the same time. The facility is pretty good.

We liked Holiday Cascadian Place. It's all been remodeled. The person who gave us the tour was very informational. We put our names in for that, where they have balconies. The upkeep and cleanliness were excellent. They had a workout room, a craft room, an exercise room, a laundry room, and a beverage center. They showed us everything available.

Mom is moving into Holiday Cascadian Place. It suited her needs, and she's 15 minutes away from me, she's even less from my daughter which makes us all very happy. It's exactly what we are looking for, and it's independent because it offers full meals. It's exactly what we were looking for. And it's. It's better than independent because they offer full meals. It's independent, but a lot of caregiving. They offer cleaning the apartments, and that's weekly cleaning. A lot of things that are difficult for her are offered in the pricing which is great because those were concerns. The staff has been great. They were contacting me via email because I've been ill all week. And so I had my daughter take my mom, and she was very impressed. I'd been there once before, like a month ago, and we remembered seeing it, but we went to so many places, we weren't sure. So we had to go back to relook at the place. And she just found the apartment they showed her was just perfect for her, it had a little backyard for her dog, which none of them offered before. There were a lot of things we couldn't see because they were in the middle of remodeling. Section by section is how they do it, and they've been remodeling apartments, so my mom got the newer remodeled apartment as well. It was clean, secure, and with lots of staff.

Holiday Cascadian Place was clean. The people were really friendly, very professional, very personable, and warm. I thought it was a great place. The rooms were older, but it's still very nice and I think they're doing a great job for the price that they had. They had an exercise nook, a library, a dining room, and nice and well-landscaped outdoor spaces where you could hang out. They had a free washer and dryer, they provide towels and sheets, and they do housekeeping for you once a week. They had a front entrance courtyard area and then they had lawn and landscaped areas around the buildings.

We moved into Holiday Cascadian Place. Very comfortable. Very clean. Very friendly. They have a library, a hair salon, a personal kitchen if you need it, a workout room, and a gym room. The food is fine. The price is much lower. It's close to the doctor's office and hospital. The food service sometimes is just slow.

Holiday Cascadian Place had a little exercise mezzanine, a fireplace in the lobby, and a shuttle available. It just didn't fit our needs. They had multiple sets of stairs and different levels, so accessibility was an issue there (just in my opinion). I'm sure they're within compliance, but they were just different and that depends on someone's situation. If someone truly is trying to downsize and live independently, someone who is completely mobile but has help available if needed, I'm sure that place works fine for them. However, for someone that needs extra attention, I would not recommend it.

We chose Holiday Cascadian Place for my brother. I am pleased with what they have to offer and we were really happy with that. The staff is very friendly and when we walked through there, they greeted everybody by name. It is a nice setting. It is clean and we are impressed with it. They have a game room, an exercise room, and a small kitchen if he wants to cook something. If you miss their meals, you can call and they will deliver them to your room. I was just really impressed with all the people there that I met. I would recommend it to anyone. They have a laundry facility on each floor and they do their own laundry. They have transportation to take you to your doctor, to go shopping, or whatever it is you need to do. All in all, it is a great fit for him.

I found Holiday Cascadian Place not very appealing. It was kind of rundown, and when I got there, I was pretty surprised that they didn't have a mask mandate in place. Nobody's wearing masks and as far as I'm concerned, COVID's not done with us yet, so I didn't like that at all. Other than that, they had nice views out of some of the rooms. The lady who gave the tour was engaging and nice and the dining room was well lit enough.

Holiday Cascadian Place was very nice. It would have been ideal to have my mom there. Everybody was friendly and tried to go out of their way to make things work for my mom and accommodate her. A lot of the rooms actually had nice views. The studio that we saw had an ample space and it had a nice door leading outside to a deck. They have a beauty parlor, a game room, a puzzle room, a workout room, a library, and laundry facilities on every floor. They also have a community kitchen that has everything my mom needed if she would be out there. It was a great tour.

Holiday Cascadian Place was nice. It seemed a little bigger. It was clean and bright, so that was good. There was more walking, which was difficult. There was a little more distance to go. We saw some raised gardens. We also saw a patio off the dining area. I don't recall there being a stove in the room, but they had a refrigerator and a sink. The person who took us around was good. My mom had trouble understanding her. She spoke a little bit more to me than to my mom, and I'm not sure that helped me much.

Holiday Cascadian Place was really well-kept and nicely done. The people were sweet and everything was really in good shape. It was a gorgeous place, just beautiful, and had great amenities. Kevin, the fella we worked with, was great in explaining and showing us around. So the tour was good, although the food was not available. The rooms had a microwave and a small fridge. The staff was awesome.

We like Cascadian Place. The people are nice and helpful. They have a weight room, a pool table, a game room, a couple of clubs like walking club and book club, a beauty shop, and a nice big dining room. We had lunch with my uncle-in- law and some of the staff on his first day and the food was pretty good. The rooms are nice and clean. They're in the middle of rehab of their carpeting and stuff like that and painting the building and whatnot, but their courtyards are nice. They have outings every Wednesday, they do puzzles, and play bingo too.

My father has been in Cascadian Place for three days now. It's clean, friendly, and professional, and it's everything he needs. He is in a studio apartment, but they have a variety of rooms. His apartment has a bathroom in the hallway. At the end of the hallway is the bedroom/living room. It has a kitchenette with a mini fridge and a sink, a view of the Cascades Mountains, a deck, and a very roomy walk-in closet. The dining room serves three meals a day. They have a walking club, a gardening club, and quite a few daily activities that change each day. They have a beauty salon for haircuts, manicures, and pedicures, a library with computer access, an activity room, and a very small gym with some cardio equipment. It's also pet friendly.

I have friends living at Cascadian Place. I like the idea of having someone there available in case I fall down. I can just push a button and somebody will come right over. Help is right there for anything that occurs. I also like the idea that they drive you to go shopping and to your appointments so that you don't have to drive. It is good. The place is clean and lovely. The staff members are lovely. They're very nice and helpful. Their food is good as well.

Cascadian Place was very nice, but the area didn't fit our needs. The walking was on the street and I can't do that. Their two-bedroom unit was the most spacious of everything we saw. It had a balcony all the way around the apartment, which was very nice. Even though they had a nice two-bedroom apartment, the outside was what I was concerned about. The staff was very nice.

Cascadian Place seemed like a very nice place, it's clean, and well run. The staff was nice. They have terrible parking. They have to move the van that they use for transporting people so that we would have a place to park. That's a serious issue these days. Otherwise, it was terrific. The rooms were nice, but a little bit smaller than we were hoping for. The amenities are pretty good. They don't have very large public areas though or common spaces where people can get together. They have some smaller ones, but it seemed a little bit cramped. The salesperson was very nice. He has followed up since then. He's attentive and thorough.

The entrance to Cascadian Place is actually not on the street as the address is. It takes you to the top floor where there is a very small parking area and then towards the entry into the upper floor dining area. The people were kind enough to open the door to let me go in. It was alright, but all things considered I would not want to live there. Their location is not convenient, not just for somebody to come and visit. They could put up better signage to lead people to the back entrance which in effect is their main entrance. The rooms were alright; they were decent. I was a little rushed at that time, so I didn’t go into it that much, but what I saw was OK. The residents were quite positive about it.

Cascadian Place was a condominium type resort. It was beautiful and very large. They had very caring staff. The marketing director was in constant contact with me. She would have loved to have my aunt there, but she also wanted what was best for her. She gave me insights. She was very helpful. They had a lot of activities. They were very active. I was really impressed that they had a life alert, which was an upgraded one that had a GPS. They had just installed it. If you were to go shopping they could locate you if you got lost. That was amazing. They had a master chef. They had a nice size menu, but not too large. They had a grand beautiful dining room as well.

Cascadian Place is definitely an older facility, but it seemed to be kept up well. We liked that most had patios or decks off each unit. They staff seemed very accommodating and friendly as well as extremely helpful. However, it's more independent living than assisted living. They had set dining times, and Mom needed flexibility of meals. The cost was on the lower end, and the location was good.

The experience at Cascadian Place was awesome. It was very comfortable, and the staff wasn't overly friendly in a staged way. They were very genuine. I really like it there. The rooms were very nice and very clean. They have a lot of things for the residents. But I think they need more disabled parking, and they need assigned parking places. I like the staff the most. I met the kitchen staff, and that was very positive. Their exercise room was a little small, but it was certainly adequate. Price was much better than the other community. It was almost affordable. Location is pretty good too.

I liked Cascadian Place. Getting to the spot where my parents would eat was complex because they have to go to an elevator and down another elevator. The way it was built, for my folks, would be a long walk, given the fact that my dad has a walker. The way the apartment we looked at was arranged was nice.

We chose Cascadian Place because of the price. Since mom is in the independent-living part, there’s no pressure for medical care. If she needs medical care, she can hire separately. She likes the fact that she’s not forced to move into the higher level of care should the need arise. It is not a depressing place. The residents are more upbeat. It was a perfect set up for my mom. They have an exercise class, music, movies, and they take the residents on field trips. Mom loved it there. They are short on staff but the residents are really happy. For the amount of money that we pay, it is a really good deal. It is a well maintained facility - very clean. I would definitely recommend this facility.

Cascadian Place is less expensive than most of the places. It is really a good place. The staff is very friendly. It looks like all the residents are friendly. The people I talked to are all very nice. There is something going on all day. They have games of all kinds, and they offer trips. They have all kinds of things. The residents here are friendlier and the physical appearance of the place is much better than at the other facility.

My mother has lived in the Cascadian for seven year now and has stayed there before. She moved from a one-bedroom to a studio apartment. When we saw that it was really expensive, we decided that we need to look at other options for her. We did look at other places, but we ended up deciding to have her stay right there and move her into a studio apartment, which she really likes. It's only two doors down from where she was before. They only have independent, so they have their meals together, but if you need more help, you can hire somebody to come and do that. We really love the apartment managers. They have a live-in manager system there, and the current managers are really great. She plays bean bag baseball and crafts things, and if she feels well enough, she'll go on their weekly outings and things like that. She's doing well.

An aura of friendliness and caring for one another permeates the residents. The managers are excellent and all friendly, patient, helpful, willing to pitch in to help where it's needed. When a problem arises, they are always there to smoothly solve it, and all the residents are patient and willing to see the best in everything and everyone. We are a happy family.

My father liked Cascadian and thought he would have a really good experience there. I thought the dining room was really nice but noisy, and he is very hard of hearing. I thought they had a nice layout of rooms and very good views. I think he would have done well there, and it seemed like they were quite active. It would have been a half an hour drive from me, and I thought the halls were a little dark.

I was pleased with the staff at Cascadian Place. They were very helpful and provided me with a lot of information, showed me a number of rooms, and really tried to meet my needs. There were different options at different levels and sizes. Some of the rooms were in the process of having some work done, so they weren’t finished products. It was clean. They were so helpful, and the person I talked to really went out of his way not just to provide information but to also find ways to help meet my mother's needs.

Cascadian Place was convenient because it was across the Everett Clinic so it was good if you had a lot of medical issues. Another thing that was great about the location was that it was on a bus line. It also had a partial view of the mountain. The people were very nice. The rooms were satisfactory, it was a little bit dark. I hadn't got the chance to taste the food.
