Prestige Senior Living at Hearthstone was really nice. The woman there was really informative. She showed me a room and showed me around the facilities. They had really nice facilities. It's very clean. I was impressed with that, and also they have 24-hour staff, in case there is an emergency, that you can call out to for help. I saw a studio with a small kitchenette and a small balcony. They had a very large dining room. There's a very large activity room as well for people to do different types of projects that they might be interested in. They have music occasionally.

I toured Prestige Senior Living at Hearthstone. The amenities were typical. They had a meeting area for them. They had a place where they could do coloring and puzzles. They had a cafeteria, too. Their staff were very caring and did what they could. However, they were short-staffed, so obviously there were some areas that lacked attention and that sort of thing. It wasn't because of the people that worked there, they were doing the best they could, but there weren't enough people to take care of everything.

I was impressed with Prestige Senior Living at Hearthstone. It was really clean and nicely furnished. The staff was nice, friendly, and helpful. Even though they knew I had very limited income, they were still willing to discuss other options with me. I was there around lunchtime and the food smelled good. They had outings once a week.
