I went to look at Legacy Plaza. The location is very interesting because it's literally downtown Auburn, so there are lots of areas you can walk to and lots of parks you can visit. It was a very secure location. They want to encourage people to sit outside. They pointed out twice or three times that you could use the barbecue that was provided for them, and I thought that was interesting. The residents seem to be happy. It's a new facility. They had a beautifully facilitated weight room with all the things you needed in there, and I could tell it had not been touched in two years, so that is basically a waste of space. People aren't interested in that unless you have somebody on staff who will encourage them. They had a media room, which was beautifully located with gorgeous seats. The staff members seem to be knowledgeable and courteous.
