My mom was a resident of Stonebridge Manor. The main office was not very friendly but since they've changed management I have met with the new manager but I don't know, it's just not very homey and that's why my mom wanted to move. It was just not welcoming. They were not very helpful. There were a few times when I couldn't get my mom on the phone, and they wouldn't go check but if you're in person they seem nice but not much on the phone. They had two meals. It was only on occasion and not regularly. My mom only enjoyed bingo night. They also had dance night for the seniors, which I thought was great but my mom did not like it, and there was also this get-to-know-your-neighbor night.
