Starling Village Apartments

I checked out Starling Village Apartments because it happened to be closest to where I am at the moment. I cannot do stairs, and their elevators are frequently out. Also, they have a major power line, not the wooden poles, but the big silver metal ones that run through all of the apartments. I spoke with a couple of people who live there, but I did not talk to the staff. I did not request a tour because I wanted to go see it for myself. They have individual, independent living apartments and common areas, but that's it. I would give it a rating of 2 because it is not safe to live there between the power line, which has been proven detrimental to people's health, and the lack of regularly working elevators. I do not consider them safe.
