I give them a five star on the carpet cleaning they did! I thought it had to be replaced, boy was I wrong! They cleaned it and it looked like new! So, So happy about this!

weak management. rules need to be put in place for people to follow. units need to be upgraded with new flooring, carpets, ect. rent rates continue to rise. would not recommend.

The Village at Morningstar is absolutely wonderful. The staff are so sweet and so kind. I saw a couple of tenants and they all said that this was a good place to be. It's safe, which is my main concern. I want my brother and father-in-law to be safe. I really liked the manager; he's really nice. I saw one apartment room; it's beautiful and brand new. You can sleep and leave the blinds open and you could see the outside but they couldn't see you, and have the sunlight come in and you can breathe freely. The bathrooms have a walk-in shower where you wouldn't fall, lots of handles too. They'll check on you when you need them to. They have bingo games and all that kind of stuff during the week. I don't know about all the things, we were only there a few minutes, but what I saw I really liked and if I get a chance to go back I'd do it. The only problem is, they are full right now.
