I'm at Mission Nursing and Rehabilitation Center for rehab service. It's clean. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The food is good. They have a TV in the room. The grounds and the outside look well maintained.

The staff at this facility are negligent and lack the skills and judgement to care for a patient and provide a good standard of care. My family member was admitted to this facility after surgery for rehabilitation. The staff/administration of this facility did not transfer him to a hospital after seeing his health rapidly decline for two days. The RN on staff delayed rendering life saving CPR when he went into cardiac arrest because she was attending to another patient. This licensed nurse does not know how to handle a Code Blue emergency! Family members that were visiting had to start CPR until the nurse arrived. EMT's were able to revive my family member but he died hours later at the hospital. I would not recommend this facility to anyone. Mission Nursing Home & Rehabilitation Center is a dangerous and unsafe facility for any patient.

This facility is one of the worse places to place a loved one. Lack of care and attention!
