Advanced Rehabilitation and Healthcare of Live Oak

My mother has been at Advanced Rehabilitation and Healthcare of Live Oak for a couple of weeks now. So far, the staff has been attentive and incredibly compassionate to her needs. They have activities available, but she hasn't been involved in anything yet. They provide physical and speech therapy. The facility itself is very clean. She has a private room, and it's perfectly lovely.

My mom is in Advanced Rehabilitation and Healthcare of Live Oak. They're pumping her with her insulin. I'm not keen on that facility right now. The only reason that she's there is that there is another relative there that's in that same facility. If it was up to me, she wouldn't be there. Right now, she's in a room that doesn't have hot water and the TV goes in and out. Does my mom think she's being taken care of? Yeah. Is that what I think? No. It's clean. It's new. I think that when you're there, they pay attention to you. It's just part of me feels like I had to get her in a better room or something like that. The facility is fine and it's nice. Her therapists and everyone there are attentive to her. I just think the room needs to be taken care of, too. I just don't think that they're listening to me when I tell them that. If she doesn't have hot water, you would think somebody would go in there instead of just leaving it on for an hour or so to get hot water to finally come out. I have been trying to get a meeting to assess the situation and I can't get any response back.
