I'm greatly pleased with how Country Care Manor is taking care of my mother. After doing PT with her, they got her walking again with her walker. I've been very pleased with the care that the nurses have given her. They offer speech therapy, OT, PT, wound care, and dementia care. The lady who does the paperwork and the nursing staff member said if we have any problems to let them know. Her hole is getting smaller and closing again, and the other two wounds have healed now. She's getting the proper care that she needs. I watched her walk, and she was all beaming and smiles. However, they use temp aides a lot of times, and I had a little bit of a problem with that. On our first night the aide was trying so hard to get help with what she needed for my mom and the other lady in the room. One girl came to help the aide, but took off. They need improvement in that area, but they keep the place clean.
