Mom was at Legend Oaks Healthcare and Rehabilitation Kyle for rehab, and our overall experience was good. It was clean. The staff was great. The rooms were OK. The food was good. The dining area was OK. The staff was very friendly, very nice, and very attentive to my mom.

There are several great staff members that work there HOWEVER…. My aged Mother (with dementia) was discharged back to her senior living facility WITHOUT notifying the family (me). I found out 4 hours later when an outside agency called me to inform me of the discharge. NOT ACCEPTABLE!!! I hope to never use their service again !

I've been to Legend Oaks a few times. I had a really good experience with this facility. They seemed to have everything. They're attentive, they take care of their patients' needs, and they are willing to transport them to church services and to programs that they have. They have singing and bingo. One of my friends who was there had a lot of behavioral problems and they worked to try and look after his safety. The facility seemed to be clean. I didn't see any problems. The staff was responsive to the needs of the people in the nursing section. They go the extra mile to make sure that they're able to get out of bed, and they have a good physical therapy program.
