We have already moved into Hill Court Villas. I love it. It's large. It's good to walk around in here and even with an electric scooter, it's very large. They keep up the grounds well. They're out there mowing today. The staff are beautiful. They're awesome. They care. They offer a lot of games, bingo, dominoes, and all kinds of arts and crafts. I hadn't gotten into them because they just got everything unboxed around here. They're nice neighbors. They're all old people like us. No kids. No nothing. It's very beautiful. We got a balcony. We got a place for chairs. It's something we've been looking for for a long time. I hadn't been into all activities, but they seem to enjoy it every time we go by. We're on the second floor and we have to get the elevator to go down, but we hear them laughing, singing, or doing something there. As far as the rent, it's very decent.
