My mother moved into Conroe Senior Village. We chose it because it was affordable for her on her budget, and we liked it. We liked the floor plans and the complex itself. It's new. The property is nice and well taken care of. It's quiet and it's people her age. The place is super clean. The residents there, take care of their property. There is no trash. The landscaping is very well taken care of, and it looks like the residents do the same for their area. They keep the outside of their apartments clean, and the interior looks clean. It's 55 and up, so they do not serve food. They do have a gym and a pool on site. The residents take it upon themselves for a social calendar or walking. It's a new facility. It opened in July of this year, so everything is still so nice. The common areas, the gym, and the meeting space are all brand-new and well-kept. I've been very impressed.
