We went to look at Highlander Senior Village. The person we talked to was very nice, caring, and informative. The place was in a very good area. It was very well kept and taken care of. It's in a very high-end living area in Bulverde. They had all kinds of entertainment, group meetings, and other things that would be very good for seniors, but no meals were provided. The staff members were very helpful. They answered all your questions and tried to give you all the information you needed. They were thorough in their discussions. They don't have what some places would have, like a pool and an exercise area. They do have a washer and dryer in the apartments. One of the other things we were looking for was a garage, but they did not have anything like that. I think they have exercise classes. They just didn't have the equipment.
