Villas of Sunnyside

I chose Villas of Sunnyside because of the individual little villages like houses. I like the flexibility of being on one level, like an individual home as opposed to an apartment, and also I like that it is in a very exclusive area. They look like a whole little city of their own. I like that as well. The place is very nice, it's large and has plenty of space. They have nice parking areas. All the parking is covered parking. In the apartment, I like the L-shaped kitchen. I like everything about it. The staff was very nice. They suggested that I drive to the properties to make sure that I would like the area. They showed me a different floor plan, so I chose the floor plan that I wanted. The staff was very knowledgeable and very helpful.
