"My mother initially went to Mcnairy for rehab, and then moved there to live. The staff was very professional and very caring. I never had any trouble, I never felt discouraged, and the whole process went very smoothly. She has a roommate, the room is fairly large, and it is large enough to have a bed, dresser, wardrobe, nightstand, refrigerator, and TV. She has an extra little dresser and chair."

"Heritage Towers was very spacious and clean. All the residents there were helpful and kind. The lady who was running the place was very informative and caring. They had a community room where they had a Wi-Fi hotspot. So you could go down there and use a computer if you didn't have it in your room. They had classes two or three times a week on different things, like arts and crafts. They have people come in and do seminars, which is cool. Other than that, there was no weight room. The facility is within a university complex, so the university is letting the old people that live there use all of their facilities. Everything is right there at the university, and it's all within walking distance. You can go to the cafeteria at the university. You have to pay for it, but it was cheap."

"The staff was extremely nice there. I've been to a lot of assisted living places doing fire alarm inspections, and this one was by far the best. The owner wanted everything fixed that was wrong, no matter how small the problem because of his concern for the safety of the residents. The place was kept extremely clean. There were common rooms that were very well decorated, and had TVs for the residents to enjoy. They also had places to exercise, and places to go outside and enjoy some fresh air. The staff was very attentive to the patients, and did everything they could to make their experience as pleasant as possible. The owner showed that he was much more interested in providing a good living area, than just in money alone. I've been in places where residents where basically ignored unless they were scheduled something. If I needed somewhere to take care of a family member or friend I would not hesitate for a second to take them there. It's rare to find a place so clean with a staff so friendly these days. I would recommend it to anyone. I can't think of a single negative comment for Lynnfield Place. "

"After several strokes and a broken hip my father required more care than we could give him at home. The Chester County Nursing Home staff gave him excellent care. From the first day they were great answering all our questions and they showed compassion and kindness to my father and to us.My Father was bedridden and paralyzed on the right side. He also lost his speech after the major stroke and communicating was extremely difficult. His caregiver at the nursing home would pick him up in her arms and carry him.Even without speech he would let us know if something was not right with a caregiver at the hospital or the nursing home. One of the reasons I gave a 5 star rating was because he always gave a big smile when a nurse or aide came into his room. They took very good care of him and my family did not have any complaints. They were excellent to him and from what we saw, the same care was given to all the patients. "

"Cades Center was small and clean, and I liked it. They didn’t have any available rooms, but I did like the staff that I talked to. I talked to a lot of people over there who were very, very nice. The location was close to me. "

"My dad is in SomerOak in Somerville, and it's very nice. I really like it. He gets really good care there. The staff is just excellent, the nurses, and all the workers there are topnotch. They have bingo and arts and crafts. They have a Wii game that my dad loves to do, and they have exercises. They also take trips to Walmart. He's got a nice apartment there. It's very clean."

"Patients are not cared for the bathrooms are shared they smell horrible. There is sarcasim in the halls and patients are allowed to be disrespectful, they are not corrected. Not enough stimulation.rooms are shared for the most part and the patients are complaining of being cold. There sees to be no heat in the building."

"Pro-Rehab of Forest Cove is just a regular nursing home. They do not have enough staff, and they do not like to interact with the patients. The food is OK. The dining room setup is very nice. They do not have enough activities. "

"My mother was at AHC West Tennessee Transitional Care. My overall experience with them was really good. My mom had a good relationship with the nurses and they bonded with her. Whenever I visited, her room was always clean. They always came by to check on her. If there were any problems, they would give me a call. It was a nice facility. They had something special for the residents to do every day. They had different types of art, bingo, and they always had someone come in to entertain the residents. Some days, they had good food and some days it just wasn't the best. Sometimes, my husband and I would have to go and get her something to eat if it was something that she didn't want."

"My brother is in Cades Center Assisted Living. It's very nice and very clean. They seem to care about the residents. He shares a room with someone and it's been kept pretty good. They have games and they play bingo. They said they don't do anything like go out. They said they used to, but they don't do any outside activities. They have plenty of seating areas, but I've not seen any recreation areas at all. The dining area is nice. They have plenty of tables and they sit four people. They bring the food to the table for them and it's right off from the kitchen area, and it's very clean. My brother said the food is very good. They do the laundry. The staff seems to be very attentive and helpful. I had two meals with him and the food was good."
