My mother initially went to Mcnairy for rehab, and then moved there to live. The staff was very professional and very caring. I never had any trouble, I never felt discouraged, and the whole process went very smoothly. She has a roommate, the room is fairly large, and it is large enough to have a bed, dresser, wardrobe, nightstand, refrigerator, and TV. She has an extra little dresser and chair.

I would like to share my experience with McNairy County Nursing Home. The nursing staff is very caring and understanding with the clients needs. They always send a staff member with the patient to all doctor appointments. This is a saftey procedure for the patient as well as the facility. They are also very good about sending a sack lunch with the patient if they think there is a chance they will not be back in time for afternoon lunch. Mom seemed to really enjoy her time she spent there, she said it was like home. I was very glad we made the decision to place her here for her final resting place.
