Welcome to Fountain Inn Nursing & Rehab! At Carlyle Senior Care of Fountain Inn, we only have one main goal: to bring the best possible care and service to our community. We are a full-service nursing community providing skilled and intermediate care services with 24-hour services and on-site rehabilitation therapies. Whether it is short term rehabilitation stay following an injury or illness, or a long-term stay, we can create a service package to meet most every need. To us, every member of our community is an individual with their own set of personal needs and we make every day a new chance to make them feel comfortable and at home. Our objective is to support and assist each patient to reach his or her highest level of functionality, with care guided by appreciation and respect for the dignity and worth of each individual. Each plan of care is tailored to the needs of the individual resident, to help identify, reinforce and develop appropriate functional skills. Our programs take a strong interdisciplinary approach that meets the highest levels of quality standards and compassionate patient care.
