My husband was at Premier at Perry Village, and I was not happy with them. They did not take good care of him, and they neglected to give him the necessary medications. He was there for 21 days, and they did not give him Warfarin. I am so upset. They are a very poor facility. I had to pay $275 a day to live there, and it was not worth it. I wouldn't put anybody I love there.

I would not suggest the manor at perry village. My loved one was not treated well nor did she receive the care she should have. on several occasions, I found my loved one lying in urine and feces. My loved one cried on several occasions stating she was verbally abused. I needed to remove her from the facility. I would suggest that if you truly care for your loved one, do not place them in the Manor of Perry Village

Most of the staff are dedicated and caring. I have witnessed staff providing for personal needs of residents who could not afford "extras". My own mother was treated very lovingly by the staff who tucked her in and kissed her goodnight. I did think staff were overworked, especially on weekends and non-regular staff did not know my mother or her needs at times. Lack of communication between staff was frequent and the social worker was clueless at times. Frequent visits from family and our clearly stated expectations with follow up protected my mother and she received good care. I expect that would be necessary anywhere.
