I found a place for my husband at Premier at Perry Village's skilled nursing facility. He will be moving there for long-term care as soon as we get his paperwork done. We chose it for him because it's very clean, it smells clean, and the people are very nice and helpful. They also have in-home doctors, and it's close to our home. I thought the rooms themselves were rather spacious. Not huge, but definitely would meet the needs. We don't eat pork or shellfish, but that would not be an issue with them. As a matter of fact, if there's something my husband doesn't like at all, they would substitute. They have a beauty salon, and things for the residents, like there was a band there today, and some kids singing. They also have a beautiful dining room, and their rehab looks well-equipped.

My husband was at Premier at Perry Village, and I was not happy with them. They did not take good care of him, and they neglected to give him the necessary medications. He was there for 21 days, and they did not give him Warfarin. I am so upset. They are a very poor facility. I had to pay $275 a day to live there, and it was not worth it. I wouldn't put anybody I love there.

I would not suggest the manor at perry village. My loved one was not treated well nor did she receive the care she should have. on several occasions, I found my loved one lying in urine and feces. My loved one cried on several occasions stating she was verbally abused. I needed to remove her from the facility. I would suggest that if you truly care for your loved one, do not place them in the Manor of Perry Village
