Pleasant View Communities was very lovely, but it's more expensive than what we wanted to pay. They have a lot of good programs. There were bus trips that you could take, like to the grocery store. They have a dining room, a pool, and equipment that you can exercise. They have a lot of good things going on there. It's a very big home and they are now building more homes. The lady that took us around was very good, but we didn't meet any other staff. We ate in the restaurant that they have there, and that was very good.

I toured Pleasant View Communities. The buildings are not connected, meaning you have to go outside to go to everything. It's a nice community, it's not very old. I didn't like it because you weren't connected. They didn't connect their apartments to any of their facilities. The apartments were nice and there was nothing wrong with the apartments. The maintenance was very well done. They have nice outdoor spaces, but I wasn't crazy about it in any manner. The staff who gave the tour was excellent. I ate there and the food was good. Their dining area was okay. There was no food included in the price and it was a small area. It was elegant but small.

I went to look at Pleasant View Communities. We were there for maybe forty-five minutes, so it didn't look as though there was that much interest. I had filled out an application a year ago, and I never had a response from anyone to acknowledge that. So when we were there for the tour, I mentioned it. They had to review my mom's finances, and the next day, it was a pretty cool response with sorry, but she doesn't qualify, and that was it. I didn't like that. The facility was okay. The staff was nice. It's an excellent location. It's a country setting, probably very easy to get to, and there's not a lot of traffic. They could improve to be more detailed with their prospects coming in and spending a little bit more time. The room that my mom was going to get if she was approved was very clean.

Pleasant View was close to where my parents had lived for a long time. The rooms and the dining area were very nice. My mother spent two weeks there after some neck surgery. She was pleased with it at that time. The staff was very accommodating, and the facilities were very good. The pricing was not bad as far as a CCRC is concerned, which is right in there with the other local communities, and it's a very nice place.

Pleasant View is rated as one of the best in the state. I would recommend this facility. The doctors are right there; it’s local. The facilities are livable; when you walked down the hallway it’s designed for the elderly, they have a number of exits, and everything is connected.

My visit to Pleasant View was excellent. It is a good place for the elderly. The place doesn’t have gated guards. It has beautiful grounds, acres of places, and good views. One problem is snow in the wintertime because of location.

Pleasant View is a highly recommended facility. Ideal location, many referrals recommending it most highly: people who have been there or who know of people who have been there. It is a pleasant view. You look out and they have a gorgeous countryside. They have a pool, and my wife loves the water. It may be a possibility of helping her with rehab by going to the pool because she needs exercise of some kind. They have a walkway so you don’t have to be exposed to the outside during our miserable winters like we had this past winter. They're close by some of our homes.
