I visited Necanicum Village in hopes of placing my aunt. The grounds were beautiful, the building was nice and clean. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly. My family was greeted by everyone we passed by, residents included. We felt that when it is time to place my aunt, it will definitely be Necanicum Village!

At Necanicum Village, everybody seemed very, very happy to be there, and the workers enjoyed working with the residents. The facility is very clean and very well taken care of. I wasn’t able to eat there, but I was able to look and reviewed everything, and I was very pleased. The whole facility was great.

My husband and I were looking for a place for his mother and Necanicum Village was recommended by our friend who's mother lives in their Memory Care. We immediately felt at home as we walked through the door. The facility is beautiful and home-like. We were greeted instantly by a nice young lady. We met with the administrator who was kind and caring. We knew this was the place for our loved one. I will recommend Necanicum Village to our friends and family.

My mother is currently looking for an assisted living community in the Seaside area. We toured all the communities but found Necanicum Village to be the most pleasant and friendly community of the three. The grounds are beautiful. The walking path around the community is wooded and runs along the golf course. The staff were smiling, and the management very attentive. My mother is finding it hard to leave her home but we both feel that this is a wonderful community.

My mother, who has dementia, resides in the memory care section at Necanicum Village. The staff and administration have been helpful, friendly, courteous, and understanding. They make sure mother receives her medications, arrives to meals on time, and her personal needs are met. The staff is always willing to discuss important questions posed by family members. I would recommend Necanicum Village to anyone who is looking for a caring facility for a loved one.
