The food is not appetizing and it is served cold 95% of the time due to they do not use plate warmers. The building is very old and it smells bad. The staff is always short and do not treat the residents with respect. The nurses are not knowledgeable and make a lot of errors. They do not seem to care or to like their jobs. This is not a place where I would place someone I love.
