My mother-in-law moved into SEM Villa. She is in an independent apartment. It's a beautiful place. The apartments are private, and there's no dining room where she is, but she can walk across the street, and there is a dining room there. There are apartments on two or three floors, and they're very nice. There is a staff member that watches over them, and he's very kind, very good, and helpful. Her apartment has a living room, dining room, kitchen, one bedroom, a large bathroom, and a lot of big storage spaces and closets. The two-bedroom is very similar to the one-bedroom. It's just got one more bedroom, but it's got a dining room, a nice-sized kitchen, a big bathroom, and lots of closet space. The staff is very nice, very courteous, and very caring. Even all the other patients that are there are very nice to her and include her in a lot of things. They have game night, bingo, exercise classes, and movie night. When you first come in, there's like a family room or a living room. A lot of people play cards or games or entertain guests down there. I think she'll enjoy the interaction because the people are so nice. They're very good and very kind, from the house cleaners to the one who runs it. We had a meal there at Christmastime, we went to a party, and the food was very good. It's very pretty. Their surroundings are gorgeous. They have walking paths. There's a big nursing facility in the middle that looks like a castle, and there's a rehab part that's brand new, and it's very nice. They've got everything I can imagine. Value for money is excellent. It's like a third of what the other places we checked were, and it's very clean and very neat. The halls and everything are meticulous. There are no crumbs, or dirt, or debris, or anything. She's really hard to please, but she seems to really like it. She's very, very comfortable there.
