Being a resident of Casa Lucia Senior Apartments has been fine. Everyone gets along. It's only two floors, and it has an elevator. The community room is just a room with tables where they can have gatherings. There is a barbecue grill out in the back, too. I'm in a one-bedroom apartment, and it's very nice. It's one of the biggest ones I've ever seen. They also have two-bedroom units. Regarding staff, a manager comes maybe two days out of the week, and then the maintenance man. However, we basically keep the facility clean because we don't have staff like that here. There are no activities. They do their own activities. They play bingo amongst themselves, and they play some type of quarter game for the ones who want to play. It's not like it is staff that have you doing these different things. This is a place where you take care of yourselves. Everybody's rent is different. They go by your income. Mine is good, plus I got a voucher.
