My mom is staying in the Waterville Residential Care Center. I like nothing about it. It's filthy. It has a nasty stench going on throughout the entire building. Her room is inadequate for her. It doesn't have a handicapped bathroom. She's not receiving the physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy she needs. It is not a memory care facility, which is what she needs; she has dementia. They're allowing her to leave the residence every single day with her boyfriend. And that means she's not getting her blood sugar checked, getting fed properly, or getting her meds properly every day, and that's why she had a stroke. I'm trying to find somebody to complain about this, how bad it is, but I can't get anyone to listen to me.
