I visited Forestview Senior Village. It is more of an apartment, but it is for seniors over 55. It was pretty new. It was very upscale. They had a washer-dryer in the unit. They had granite countertops. I saw a one-bedroom. It had a very nice shower for seniors where you just step in instead of like a tub unit, and it was very good for seniors to live in. They had an elevator. They had all kinds of games -- i.e., games night, bingo night -- and things to do with other seniors. They also had an exercise room. They had everything that you wanted right there. It was a really nice place, but it was like $1200 per month. My ex-husband moved in there for a while, so that's how I got to know that place. The only thing I didn't like about it is that they didn't have a van unit to take me places because I can't drive.

The place is nice. The apartment has two bedrooms with a balcony. They have activities like Zumba and bingo twice a week. They actually have quite a few things going on for the residents. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I sure would recommend this place.
