I was visiting friends at Pinehurst, A Conifer Community. They have moved in about six or seven months before. I liked it. The grounds were kept well. The facility itself was very clean inside. It was nice to see there were people outside just sitting and enjoying the weather and stuff. It's a very quaint and clean community. They had a one-bedroom with a living room and kitchen, and then they had the washer-dryer right in the unit. It was nice. Then they had a terrace off of their unit where they could sit outside if they wanted to. It was pretty, and it was perfect. The size and everything were nice. My friends said they have bingo there, they do movies and stuff, and they take them on trips if they want to go. I noticed that there was transportation that they could use. My friend said the activities were nice. Everything was nice. They're getting their money's worth, and it was a lot cheaper for places in the area if they were to buy an apartment or something somewhere else. It was reasonable.
