Westcliff Pines Senior Apartments was a nice complex with a swimming pool. They had nice-sized rooms and floor plans. They had an exercise room and a community room. The staff that I met during the tour was friendly and helpful. The place was pretty clean and very nice.

Westcliff Heights Senior Apartments is an affordable active senior (55+) community located in the Summerlin master-planned community with easy freeway access. Westcliff Heights residents enjoy all utilities included with rent, a beauty salon, fitness center, dog park and much more. Please see our Amenities tab for more details. Seniors seeking an active lifestyle, or the quiet comfort of a caring community will find both at Westcliff Heights. Westcliff Heights also offers onsite Resident Services that connects residents to community assistance programs and coordinates volunteer groups to organize community activities such as potlucks, movie nights and BINGO. Westcliff Heights monthly rents for one-bedroom, one-bath homes start at only $800 per month. Income limits do apply and vary by household size and unit type. To qualify, applicants must earn a minimum monthly income of at least 2 ½ times the amount of rent being charged for the apartment home. A one-person household cannot exceed $39,280 gross annual income, a two-person household cannot exceed $44,880 gross annual income. We do not charge monthly pet fees.
