Risor of Blaine

We toured Risor of Blaine, and we liked it, so we moved in. It's just been awesome so far. It's a brand new building. We got the remainder of the month at no cost and then four more months at no cost, other than parking, and storage fees. We signed up for two years, which gave us the first four months free, no rent. I have a one-bedroom with a den, bathroom, closet with laundry, bedroom, living area, closets all over, and a wonderful kitchen full of cupboards and drawers. Upkeep is excellent. It's a new building and they're taking good care of it. It has wonderful colors, schemes, calming, moss green, and accents in the hallways. There's a pool, a pool room, a golfing simulator, several meeting rooms, and a sauna. It's just been a wonderful blend of experiences for us. My husband went for a walk the other day, and he got rather chilly, so he came in and went straight to the sauna until he warmed up. It's very handy. There are a number of events, some sponsored by the apartment complex, some sponsored by individual members who live here. It's just been really fun. The people have introduced themselves and welcomed us. The staff is super. When I go down to get the mail, and people are coming back from these events, they're, "You should have been here. It was so much fun. We had so much food." Value for money is awesome. It's going to cost us less per month than our house payment. It includes all the utilities and everything we need. We have underground parking, so it's excellent.
