I've toured Applewood Pointe of Maple Grove at Arbor Lakes. I think I'm going to get on their wait list. They're in a location where I can access the hospitals that I want to use when I need them. Secondly, I love their amenities. It's not too large. It's still a large community, but it didn't seem overwhelming. The resident who gave me the tour was wonderful and explained all the pros and cons. I really don't see any cons at this point, except maybe the length of the waitlist, but when you have a community of 62 plus, things turn over. I like the way that the units that I'm interested in get a lot of good natural light. They have a great workout room. They have a wonderful library. They have space for people to have larger gatherings. They have guest rooms, so if you have guests overnight and you don't have room in your unit, there's a place for them to stay.
