My wife is at The Terrace at Crystal. I've only been there once, and the people there were nice to me and her. She's in memory care. The facility looked nice. It was much better looking than the other place we visited. I ate lunch there with her and it was a good meal. It's sort of in a wooded area.

My mother was here for three and a half years. The new management drove this place in the ground! We finally moved my mother in the last few weeks because of the huge shortage of nurses and untrained nurses aides. The food was so poor at the end of her stay that it was hard to tell what was on her plate. Annette, the administrator never wanted to hear family concerns and when she did she was rude and made excuses rather then find ways to fix the problem. When my mothers toilet kept plugging she was given a stick and a plunger and told to make it work rather then then fix the toilet! We spent $75,000 a year at this place and couldn't get respectable service!

Crystal Clear Center is fine; they take care of my mom, and they do a good job. It’s convenient to where I live and easy for my dad to get there. It’s a clean place and seems to be run well.
