Villas at Pleasant Avenue II is very pleasant, just like the street it is on. It's very clean. The people are very nice. I love my apartment. It's very spacious. I enjoy it. It's really nice. I really love it here. They're nice, they're friendly, and it seems like they care about you moving in and making sure that you are comfortable and that your stay here is pleasant and everything is functioning, making sure that your appliances work, and they fix things on time. Everything's working fine. I have a two-bedroom. They have a washer and dryer, a refrigerator, a stove, a dishwasher, and a microwave. They have a community room where the seniors play cards. They have a library, an exercise room, and a gym, because in the evening I go down there and get on a treadmill and the different exercise machines. The staff is friendly when I pass through. They always speak. They are a little spendy, but they have that flex pay plan, which is really good to be on.

Units are nice but nothing special. The best part of units is that they have in unit washer and dryer. Maintenance is poor and management is oblivious to the poor maintenance. Response time for maintenance is extremely poor. Accounting charges for fees that don't make any sense. Lots of promises made up front but buyer beware. This is an investment owned property and the management reflects that. Fees all over your account that have no explanation and the rental concession has yet to be made after two months of being in rental agreement.

We visited Villas at Pleasant Avenue II. It's brand new. We looked at a one-bedroom and a two-bedroom, and I really like the two-bedroom. Plus, all the appliances are stainless steel. It's just really nice. The only thing is that in one-bedroom apartments, the living room is really tiny. The staff members were very nice and very helpful. The facility itself was very clean. It's very quiet there.

As far as I was concerned, everything about Villas at Pleasant Avenue II was very nice, and they were very helpful. I wouldn't mind living there. I really liked it. I liked the way the kitchen was set up. I liked the way the rooms were set up.

I toured Villas at Pleasant Avenue II. Just for my convenience and everything, I would have rearranged it just a little bit differently. The staff who assisted with the tour was fine. She was very informative. It all seemed clean, well put together, and taken care of. They had a library and a gym.

I toured the Villas at Pleasant Avenue II. They were smaller than the other facility, the apartment size, but they were brand new. They were nice. They were very clean. My friend did not like that the living room at the Villas was not carpeted. The staff who gave the tour was nice. However, she seemed to want to hurry us out of there.

I fell in love with Villas at Pleasant Avenue II, the independent living facility I visited in Burnsville. If I could have qualified, I would have moved into it. The apartment itself was excellent. It was a brand new building, and everything was done in a way that would be convenient, including the underground parking, the other amenities in the building, and the shared spaces. The apartment was a nice size. It was brand new and perfect. The people who worked there were also extremely pleasant.
