My mom was at Woodside Village Apartments. It's called independent living, but the aids that work there, they gave her her medicine and stuff. So it's kind of assisted, but it's considered independent living. The staff is wonderful but it was like being in prison, they were confined to their rooms most of the time. The room was OK. It wasn't upgraded and it was just outdated. Where they had my mom, it was an easy layout for her. My mom swept the porch everyday cause she thought the porch needed to be swept. It's in the woods, so there's leaves and stuff all over that. It's right in town. The staff is great, and the food is good, but I wouldn't recommend it.
