Terrible service, do not place your loved on here. First shift staff is a joke and would rather be on their phones and goofing off rather than caring for our loved ones. Josh? Administration is a joke, he’s never there and happens to always be “ on vacation”

Family member lived here. Poor care management. I would not recommend. They are not patient centered. Management was poor.

Robbinswood Northcrest Campus was much of a close-in. Everything was smaller, which has definite advantages. The staff was also very helpful. It's was not as bright though and the rooms were small. Another thing was their entrance requirements were very rigorous compared to other places. They needed an awful lot of information before they even put you on a waiting list. Lastly, although their pricing was more reasonable, there was not much included in the pricing other than the room itself.

Thank you so much for all of the care and time you shared with our beloved Nanny (Rosie). All of the times you relieved her pain, comforted her when she was scared and spent extra time with her when she was lonely are very appreciated. You were all very special to someone, so very special to us.

The people at Northcrest provided great care for our mother. Josh and so many of the med-techs showed much love, compassion, and respect to her. Special thanks to Sarah, Morgan, Heather, Cody, Lucinda (hospice), Sherri, and so many more! We highly recommend Robbinswood Northcrest Campus in Muskegon!

The staff has consistently cared for our mom, accommodated all of the changes in her needs and continues to keep the family updated and informed along the way. The care staff, dietary services and activities all keep mom comfortable, happy and content. The remodeling has been a nice change too. The management helped us apply for Veterans aid and attendance benefits.

Robbinswood was fine, but I don't think everything was answered for us, and when we went back and looked it over, there was not enough care for my husband. The rooms were small, but it was fine. I wasn't given a price, and that's one of the things I didn't appreciate.

We liked Robbinswood. It's just been purchased it and getting totally remodeled with a memory care unit, which is probably what we're going to need for my father. We were very impressed with the place and the tour. They took their time. The rooms weren't really large, but they were accommodating. They had a library.
