I am/was a resident of this facility

I was in Bronson Commons for a week of medical rehab. I would 100% recommend this facility to anyone needing it. The staff was great and very caring. The CNA’s, aides and nurses were wonderful and worked very hard. The therapists were such a big help. An added bonus was great kitchen staff and really good food.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

My mother-in-law has been at Bronson Commons for 4 years now. They have excellent and friendly staff, and they are very concerned about their residents. It seems like a very clean facility and we're always welcome as visitors. They have a beauty salon that she likes to go to and get her nails done. They play games, do puzzles, and do art activities. She goes outside a lot. They have yards that they can go to. They have a cafe where you can buy food and snacks if you're visiting a resident, and the food there is good.

I have a family member in this facility. Staff is not trained properly. Meds are not dispensed at appropriate times, patients are left smelling of urine.. they are ALWAYS understaffed. If you cannot be here everyday keep your loved one away from this place.

I am/was a resident of this facility

I was in rehab here so I was not bed ridden or needing a lot of help. I found the nurses very nice, cooperative and professional. Food was great! Therapy people excellent! They all have a sense of humor and go out of their way to help. If you have 8 am shower you can say no, I'll take it later. Love this place!! Earlier I was in another facility that was absolutely terrible.

Staff does not return phone calls. Patient smelled likev urine and lots of "moisture" underneath wheelchair pad. Doctors there but do not make rounds so nurses keep giving drugs or making decisions about drugs that are giving problematic side effects.

I am a friend or relative of a resident

I would not recommend this home. A family member of mine is here and its terrible! Meals are brought in cold and majority of the staff are rude, unprofessional, and insensitive. The room is filthy and diapers are not changed on a regular basis. Meds are also not given properly. If the power was given to me, my family member would be out of this place. I would not recommend this home to anyone. Very frustrating!

I am a friend or relative of a resident

My mom was in Bronson Commons for 30 days, but it's extremely expensive. She had a private room with a bathroom. Meals were brought to her, and the food was excellent. They had physical therapy also.
