Aletha B. Phipps Apartments

I chose Aletha B. Phipps Apartment for the location and the amenities that were in the apartment. It's right down the street from our brand new Livonia senior community center, where they have lots of activities. The apartment has a washer and dryer, granite countertops, and a stainless steel refrigerator. It's just new and very well taken care of. Everybody's been lovely. You can go to a community house, and they have kitchen facilities for parties and things like that. It's less than five years old, but it's well-kept up as far as I could see. Everything was clean and well maintained. I haven't moved in yet, so it's a little hard to rate some of that without actually living there. There is an indoor pool that's available to use. They have a main area where people can come and play cards or games. I've seen other people there while I was visiting. Having checked out other places, I would give it a five as far as value and amenities.
