I have my younger sister at Maple Woods Manor. The best thing I like about them is that they are skilled nursing care. They have a round-the-clock nurse. Their facility is older, but it's very clean. There's no odor when you walk in. Everything is pretty top-notch and they take good care of their patients. It's a nursing facility so the food is just pretty much like everywhere else. She's in a two-person room. It's large. It's very well-kept, clean, and nice. They have rehab there also and they have activities. They have people come in and entertain them. They sing and they play bingo. They always have stuff going.

Not a very good place to put mom as I have learned. They wouldn't let my mom have her own phone after saying she could have one. Food is usually served cold, staff is rude and impolite. Violation of certain rights for patients and visitors going on there. Wouldn't recommend this place at all

Maple Woods Manor was a clean, friendly, loving, and caring place. The staff was very attentive and professional. The area was just great and the apartments were adequate. They have gardening, a puzzle room, an activity room, and different amenities of a hair salon and things like that. The dining room was large, spacious, and clean.

My experience at Maple Woods Manor was excellent. The staff did well, the living atmosphere was great and the rooms were also great. The food wasn't the greatest since it's a nursing home. They have amenities like a salon. If they can improve on something it would be communication because they don't really have very good communication with the family members.

My mom hurt her self some how and I had to ask them to take x-ray she had a break. Took hospital she had 2 breaks and bad bladder infection. Wouldn't recommend this place at all

My mom is in Maple Woods Manor. She wanted to be there. They are very good; everything is really good there.

Maple Woods Manor is wonderful. We visited the place and we liked what we saw there. It was recommended by someone that my husband knew who has a relative living there. The staff was very helpful and very kind to my mother-in-law. They made her feel very welcome right from the very beginning. They got her integrated into activities. She's kind of a loner, so that's a big thing. She just seemed very happy there.

They treated her well. Treated our family nice. They gave the kids icecream. The place was quiet with good security. They put her in the newly remodeled section. She had a nice tv and large bathroom. The bed was an electric adjustable. They were opened untill late at night. They had two slot machines that were broke. Their decor was simple but colorful and they always had fresh flowers in the place. Their personal restaurant had great food! We ate thanksgiving dinner there.
