We're negotiating with the Residences at Highland Glen. The place was immaculate, the live-in manager was very helpful, and it suited our needs better than one of the full-service places that we visited. I thought the size of the room was good. I think the room that we're getting is about 800 square feet, which is pretty good for some of these places. It's a one-bedroom. They have a full kitchen and a clothes washer and dryer, and it's a beautiful apartment. The manager was marvelous, I thought she was very honest. She told us what she thought were not just the strong points, but also other things, too. And I trusted her greatly. One day a month, the owners of the community treat us to dinner, a group meal. They have a big common area that you can use for parties, you can rent it if you want a family there. It's where they have their dinners once a year. It's where their meetings are. I thought it was just what we were looking for.
