My mother had a brief stint at Waban for rehabbing her ankle. The entire staff there was excellent and they took great care of her. I will say that my initial impression of the facility had me turned off a little, but in the end it's the care that matters and everyone there, from top to bottom, seemed to really care about their job.

I can not say enough great things about Waban Health Center. The nursing and rehab staff were excellent, my mother had a great experience and we will be returning their if she needs skilled care in the future. In addition the staff was great when we asked if we could have dinner with my mother, they told us that would be no problem and they set up a spot in the dining room for us, and the kitchen prepared us a meal which was great!
