I have a brother that stays over at Victoria Park Apartments and he gave me a walkthrough of their place. The people there are nice. The area we saw was clean and quiet. It's a place you would want to be in. He has a two-bedroom and a spacious closet space. They have a laundry room in the facility, but not in the apartment. They offer meals. The staff is excellent. The custodian staff is excellent. My brother gives high ratings on them. If he calls for anything, they get right on it. He has nothing, but good things to say about them. He and his wife love it there. They have a fitness center, billiards room, onsite beauty salon, two laundry facilities, and a library. It's pet-friendly up to 35 pounds. They have one and two bedroom apartments, fully equipped kitchens, carpeted, natural light, a balcony, a patio, and big windows with a nice lake view. Value for money seems pretty fair to me.
