The outside of Council House was nice. It looked like they were doing some renovations. I did see the inside of the lobby and also a couple of people. The lobby looked nice and the dining area looked OK. I spoke with the manager and she was pleasant enough. She was nice, but couldn't show me a unit and wouldn't take my application. She said that they didn't have anything and she didn't want to keep all those papers on her desk. I just saw the dining room where the residents could come and sit and eat, but I couldn't tell if they would provide meals.
