I'm on the waiting list at Park View at Severna Park because they didn't have any openings. I really like that location. I ran into some people who already lived there, and they seemed happy. They were mobile and doing things. When I got the information from the office staff, they were very nice and professional. I really enjoyed that one. I really like them. Their office staff was very engaging. They answered the questions. They took me on a tour. It was very clean. The residents seemed very happy where they were. They stopped, chatted, and introduced themselves, which I thought was very courteous. I like them very much. I wouldn't mind living there. The rooms were roomy. They had a washer-dryer in the unit, which was a plus. They were very clean, too. Everybody can cook for themselves. Everybody has a fully operating kitchen in their unit, and a community room where they can hold gatherings and events. People come in, and they'll leave groceries for them. If you want it, it's all free. I saw their calendar. They have events for people to participate in. They have a very large library, which I really enjoyed. They also have a sitting room. Everything was so neat, and it smelled good. It's brightly lit. The elevators were working; nothing was down.
